On Saturday, May 7th 2016 The Cubs of 1st Milton Pack A got up early to participate in the Milton Good Neighbours Community Day. This is an annual community clean up event in which we join with many other organizations to help clean up our town.
1st Milton Cubs worked hard this year to clean up the wooded area behind Sam Sherratt Public School. When everything was said and done we had amazed an impressive pile of garbage for the town to collect and helped restore the wood lot to a more natural state.
Thank you to all of the parents who encouraged their Cubs to come out to this project and an extra thanks to those who stayed to help.
